The subconscious works in incredible ways.

We have all experienced how big companies use a mix of branding, clever marketing and tasty chemicals to make our subconscious mind change our behaviour to consume more products.

If companies can so easily change our subconscious behaviour, so can we.

Our subconscious mind acts in more than 90% of what we do. Think about walking, breathing or riding a bike for example. You lift your legs, move your arms twist your body in a very precise way to move you forwards without even thinking about it. We just do it effortlessly.

You can powerfully change your subconscious through easy affirmations and visisualisation.

Simply repeat to yourself what you want more of and you will subconsciously begin moving towards what it.

Simply close your eyes and visualise what it would feel like if your dream had come true. Imagine the milestones along the way and just explore in detail what the feeling is of having your desired result manifested.

You can manifest anything so it is important to go with your heart.

Affirm more compassion, joy, love, truth, openness and honesty. More respect, kindness, creativity and wisdom into your life.

This is true wealth and if you focus on it you will automatically start making it your reality.

This is mind programming done right and we should all put some effort into it every day.

What are you here to do and what are you doing?

Every step you take you shape your world. You move towards what you focus on.

Sometimes we tell ourselves we want one thing yet we move towards another. We tell ourselves we want to be healthy yet we don’t exercise or eat healthier.

We get distracted by choices that may seem easier and be more immediately gratifying but that in the long run don’t serve the purpose we are here to unfold.

Take a step back, be honest with yourself and see if what you want is what you are really doing.

You have the power to shape your life into anything if you put enough focus on it.

It is not enough to focus your feelings and thoughts on something. Transformation only truly happens when your actions reflect your thoughts and feelings.

Your actions are truly how others see you.

Dedicate your actions to your highest purpose. Embrace what you are passionate about and act on it! Do what you’ve always wanted, live the life your heart is calling out for.

The choice is up to you. One thing is for sure, things will only happen for you when you actually take physical steps to realise the dream you want.

Live in awe of the world.

The simple things we get to experience as a human being are often the most incredible. We tend to overlook them because we take them for granted.

Breathing for example. We breathe every second we are alive but we hardly ever pay attention to it. Do we fully appreciate what i t means to share the atmosphere with every other living being on the planet?

The air you breathe connect you to everything around you. There is no empty space separating us, we are connected as one single organism. We breathe as one and live as one.

Through our insistant minds we have separated ourselves but this separation is only an illusion. No one on the earth can escape the reality that they are of the earth. We all need the trees, rivers and animals to exist. We are all totally dependent on the finely balanced ecosystem on the planet.

We are part of that balance and we need to live like it. We are responsible for our part in this great cosmic dance. Do you spread expansion, love, growth, joy and happiness, or are you contracting, tightening up or living in fear? The choice is yours.

The world is amazing and sometimes we need to take a step back from our busy lives to appreciate that we are one with it.

We all know balance.

A sense that things are just right.

When we are in the shower we adjust the temperature to be exactly where it is comfortable for us. We have an intuitive sense to feel when things are flowing nicely.

We have to use this sense and apply what we feel in order to create a balanced world.

It is simple to adjust your life to gain a balanced way of living, feeling and thinking.

We all have this power and it is our responsibility to use it. Taking care of ourselves and growing in a healthy way is something we all tend to overlook.

Let us remember together and reawaken to who we are and what we are ment to do. You know when you feel your true passion. When you shine freely with who you truly are.

Act on your passion and apply your wisdom. Create the world you want to see in the small steps that make you feel good.

Be the ascension!

The word ‘ascend’ to me simply means rising or increasing in frequency.

Some religious people and new age thinkers get lost in believing that some day they are going to escape from this dense physical world and ‘ascend’ into a completely harmonious heavenly realm. They want to escape from their bodies and they spend their lives waiting for something bigger while ignoring the beautiful world they are already in.

In reality we need to bring that heavenly world into our bodies and life on earth.

It is our purpose as human beings is to use this world to grow and lean. To bring out our wisdom and knowledge and lift people by expressing joy and love.

When we apply these habits of harmony to our life we lift ourselves up we make a heavenly world for others.

People waiting for the ascnsion miss the point that it is our role and responsibility in the now to create the world we want.

When we start expressing the true power we have discovered in ourelves our world transforms.

To create a joyful and giving world we must simply express it with our actions.

We all have good intentions but our actions don’t always match what we say we want. We get stuck in patterns of lower emotion, thought and actions.

The good news is that we see our heart, what we want and we do have the right intentions.

Now is the time to reflect those good intentions through our actions.

It is not difficult to put simple actions towards what you want and it will do so much good for everyone.

Today is a special day. To some it is holy and sacred.

Today the day and night are equally long. Today signifies the point where the days become longer than the nights. The light is returning and is bringing with it the flourishing nature.

It is a day to celebrate the equilibrium in our lives. Take time to considder what you really need to be balanced and healthy on all levels of your being.

Spreading ideas is like sowing seeds and the actions you take are sprouting those seeds.

You have to manage your life like a guarden. Care for the things you want to grow and weed out in what does not serve you.

Do what you can to balance your heart and mind. Opening the heart and letting love grow can seem difficult and even scary sometimes. Even when we know what to do we tend to get in our own way. We build up resistance.

Let that be ok for today. Be as you are and accept yourself fully. Go with the flow whatever is happening.

Ask yourself what would bring you joy and act on that excitement!

Creating a wonderful life does take effort, it takes action. You have a responsibility to take steps towards what brings you goodness. Care for your guarden, and it can flourish with endless possibility.

Live life from your heart. Make sure the steps you take bring you to a place of true love.

A lot of people get into the habit of living for others acceptance. Be careful with this. All of a sudden you find yourself doing things just to fit in even tho they go against what you would naturally do.

Don’t live in the eyes of others it constricts your hearts true vision. When you hold yourself back from the fear of what others might think you are robbing yourself of the life you are here to live.

Be true to your heart. Live with integrity to what you feel is right.

You don’t need to play any social games you don’t feel comfortable with even if they are the accepted norm.

Do not accept others trying to suppress you because they are uncomfortable with who they are. When someone is judging you they are comparing their own perceived inadequacies. In reality we are all uniquely perfect.

Show compassion and kindness towards yourself and you will reflect that towards others.

Honour the flame in you that knows where to go. Trust your intuition and let your life flow where it takes you. I promise you will not be disappointed if you do :)

Take steps every day. Make sure you walk your path.

Good intentions are wonderful but they only get you so far. To realise those good intentions takes action.

It is helpful to step back for a moment and examine if your actions match your true intentions.

We all have a vision in our heart but it takes curage and wisdom to bring it out into the world by acting on it every day.

True integrity towards yourself and others comes from actiually doing what you say you want to do.

Integrity to your heart and you highest purpose is important because it is so easy in our world to get entangled in patterns that don’t serve or nourish that vision.

Break with old patterns that don’t work anymore. Sometimes it is easier and comfrting to stick with what is familiar even if it brings us pain and suppress our hearts true purpose.

You are here because you are a dreamer. You know your golden path when you feel it. Now act on it!

You owe yourself to realise the purpose you came here with. The choice is up to you.

Go with the flow, adjust and most forwards. You can do it, I believe in you :)

We have much to realise collectively about the true nature of our human body.

It is somehow a vihicle to experience the physical world through our senses.

The 5 common senses of touch, taste, smell, sight and hearing is far from all we can sense. Though our emotions we detect tiny changes in the situation around us.

In reality our world is not physical and our bodies aren’t physical either. We are vibrational entities projecting ourselves through a hologram that we perceive as a picture of life.

Our minds have become locked to only pay attention to the physical side of what exists. We do sense many subtle and blatant non physical events all the time!

For example a thought. Where is it? You can sense it as something non physical and it is measured as a vibrational event.

The emotional bond you share with someone is real but it doesn’t exist in one place as a physical thing.

The feeling of connecting with a good song that gives you goosebumps.

Feeling food nourish your body. Not a lot of people pay attention to that one!

Somehow we don’t pay attention to our bodies from the inside a lot. Eccentric spiritual practitioners will tell you to ‘go within’. All these people have figured out is that it is possible for everyone to feel the inside of their body.

Many don’t trust their inner guidance and wisdom.

It all comes back to the heart, the singularity of your torus shaped vibrational field.

The ascension is about bringing your love and wisdom through to this World.

Put in effort every day to nourish your love. It is the tiny simple actions you make every day that makes all the difference.

The way we choose to see the world has a massive impact on what we attract into our lives.

It all goes back to the basic realisation that we create our own realty with out thoughts, emotions and actions.

This is a basic truth that has been hidden from the masses for ages, reserved for those who saw themselves fit to rule over others.

The time has come for a global awakening of the human spirit! The truth is leaking out everywhere and it is empowering us to create whatever world we can dream of.

Think, feel and act with love and a loving world will form around you. You have the choice in what world you would like to create and there truly is nothing holding you back.

Obstacles might seem difficult but it is your way of seeing them that will determine the ease at which you go through them.

Know the vision you want to manifest and stick to it. Make progress every day even in the face of challenges.

The feeling of seeing your vision manifested in your mind is a magnetic force that will attract that reality to you. Some call it the law of attraction.

Your body is flying through the universe and you have a chance to take it amazing places.

Be the captain of your own soul otherwise someone else will lead you along a path that isn’t useful to you.

Be aware of where you are and visualise where you want to go. Consciously direct your mental, emotional and physical energies towards manifesting that vision!

Choose the direction your heart calls for. Choose the love, joy and peace that is your natural state of being when you let the confusion go.

Be faithful to the flame of truth inside you. Feed it and nourish it. Be kind and faithful to yourself. Treat yourself with respect and unconditional friendliness.

Unify ‘good’ and ‘bad’. Breathe and feel the flow that goes both ways. The river that never stops.

Breathe life into your being. We do this all the time but only when we put awareness into that will we begin to feel our bodies come truly alive.

It seems very simple but we all let our minds wonder. Unconsciously we let our wishes and desires be shaped by those who want to extract energy out of us.

We convince ourselves we need certain expensive objects to be fullfilled and we give in to the game of endless consumption.

What is truly important to you? Ask yourself often and focus your mind on your true wishes in your heart.

As you do this you will see your heart’s desire manifest in the world around you. This effect is immediate!

The world is what we make it. You can choose to see the same situation from many angles.

What seems like terrible suffering one moment might turn in to the most incredible oppertunity for life, joy and creative experession as you change your state of mind.

We have to wake ourselves up and see that we are powerful beings responsible for the reality we create.

Use your intuition and discernment to consciously direct your actions along the path you most desire.

Walk the middle road that resonates with your heart. Find the healthy balance that works for you. Create an atmosphere that supports the things that bring joy to your heart.

Today marks a point where our collective culture decides to change the main number on our calendar! We are entering the year 2013 so to speak.

A lot of people use this as a day to reflect on the past 365 days and to set a clear intent for the direction they want to go in the coming year.

This is a great practice but I feel that we could do it more often. Why don’t we reflect on our actions and set a clear intent for things we know will bring us joy more often?

That we make resolutions for our selves on this day is a sign that we understand how powerfully our decisions and actions can shape the world we create.

We can pick any moment to change our lives. It is never too late and you never need an excuse to do something good for yourself :)

Let’s remember this in 2013 and all make a blissful world together.

We are busy so we forget to take quiet moments for ourselves.

Even when there is lots of activity around you it is possible to find stillness and peace inside.

Simply remain open and forgiving. Smile and let whatever is be. Listen to the world with a truly open heart.

Live in wonder like a child.

We have a tendency for excessive planning and worrying. We have all these important concerns to occupy our minds with.

Give your mind a break. Set it down and listen with your whole heart.

Embrace whatever sensations are with you as they are. Become aware of your quiet observing presence.

Be who you are.
